We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12 noon are typically dispatched the same day; however, during busy periods this may not always be possible. In such cases, your order will be dispatched on the next business day.

These amounts are determined in accordance with the customs regulations of your destination country and may vary based on the products in your order. JERSEY & GUERNSEY ORDERS 

Customs charges and duties are payable on delivery, as we are unable to collect these at checkout.

Unfortunately due to the current situation in Ukraine, we are unable to ship to Ukraine, Russia and Moldova. We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience.

DISCREPANT DELIVERY

If there are any discrepancies in your order and the item delivered to you, please email us at info@seventymochi.com. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and details of our products that appear on the website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate and as such any variation in colour of the product delivered will not be regarded as discrepant.
